Located in a tranquil setting in Gidea Park, Romford Quaker Meeting House has various rooms for hire, including cloakroom facilities.
Bookings, according to availability, can be made Monday through to and including Saturday.
The Meeting House is reserved on Sundays for Quaker related activities.
The main Meeting Room.
This has an approximate size of 9.2m x 8.9m (narrowing to 7.6m at either end) and looks out onto the garden. It can sit 60 comfortably.
This can be hired from £20 per hour (min 2 hours)
The small Committee Room.
This room has large windows and a door that look out over our beautiful garden.
This room can be hired from £10.00 per hour (min 2 hours)
The Classroom
Our Classroom has an approximate size of 7.5m x 5.4m and looks out onto the garden. It has seating for 40 and a serving hatch to the kitchen area.
It may be hired from £17.50 per hour (min 2hours)
The whole building may be hired all day Saturdays at a cost of £50 per hour for a minimum of 2 hours.
(The booked hours include 30 minutes setup & 30 minutes clearing if needed).

The kitchen is available to hire at a cost of £5.00 per hour.
The rooms are no longer available for parties.
The main entrance is accessible via a ramp.
WC's are also available.
There is a small amount of space parking available outside. The car-park is used at the owner's risk.
